2020年5G元年，通信行業(yè)承蓬勃發(fā)展之態(tài)，各大運營商和鐵塔集團在布局新一代通訊基站。基站用電量不斷上升，通信基站智能化電力監(jiān)控及節(jié)能管理已成為各運營商企業(yè)的研究方向。

而同時，目前鐵塔基站電力使用存在以下問題：

1.相關人員竊電行為：

對應人員會依靠基站的供電系統，私自接搭自用設備。

2.非生產能耗居高不下:

據統計分析，平均每個基站空調的電費支出約占整個基站電費支出的54%左右，空調成為基站機房中的主要耗電設備。

3.系統聯動性差:

無法遠程控制基站設備和線路，線路出現故障時無法立即通知相應人員并采取措施。

4.基站數量大，運維負擔重、效率低：

現有的基站供電系統依然無法滿足用戶對智能化、信息化、可視化、維護簡便等的日益增加的需求，對系統中蓄電池的故障隱患等沒有預先感知和判斷，需要運維人員不斷的到現場進行運維服務，運維效率低。
